Elegante Application: Here!
Previous game history: Vincent was brought to the Elegante and learned about the magic of friendship. All right though, honestly, you can read a more comprehensive history on his wiki article, but here are the main details:

Vincent arrived on the Elegante during the horrible event that was Jennifer, not long before the ship made port for the second time; once on the island, he set about trying to find a way to get off of it right away. Not because he necessarily had anywhere to go, of course, but because he didn't really like the idea of being held prisoner, even if it was in a tropical paradise. (For the record, Vincent still hates tropical areas and would be much more at home under twelve feet of snow somewhere.) In his initial arrival he got acquainted with Mimmi, Lily, and one of the Links, followed closely by Marco Devera and Edward Elric. He had multiple run-ins with said Link, generally based around the mistaken assumption that he was a woman (Link had never seen an effeminate man before) and then that he was cursed. It didn't go well, but thankfully no one was hurt.

Vincent offered his services in helping figure out how to eliminate the threat Jennifer presented, and eventually joined Team Super Awesome (Marco, Remy and Vincent) on a trip to Nirvana to help figure out what to do. After receiving the riddle needed to properly utilize Fenrir in their endeavor, Vincent fell back into relative obscurity for a while. Reno arrived and Vincent took rank over him, the two of them forming a somewhat functional neo-Turk unit on the Elegante. Eventually Jennifer was dealt with, the ship went back to normal and life went on.

Then Veld showed up. This didn't exactly go well, leading to Vincent's first transformation on the ship and a near-death experience for both Isabella dela Vega and Reno. Veld more or less forced Vincent to start rooming with him so that he'd have someone present to keep him from going off the deep end, which was extremely helpful when Tseng showed up later, followed by (joy of joys) Lucrecia Crescent. This resulted in more violence, of course. And again, life went on. Vincent did some particularly stupid things that led to him finally finding out the truth of his project, which resulted in a permanent forever and ever breakup between him and Lucrecia. He continued to work with Marco and the other Turks as needed to help deal with the issues of the ship, and did his best to keep from causing even more trouble. He failed sometimes, but that's to be expected. Eventually Vincent and Veld officially made up.

He went on to become one of the most outspoken voices against Lucrecia's work, and in doing so wasn't so much released from his punishment as finally realized that it wasn't an equivalent exchange. He made friends with several other people, one of the most noteworthy of which was Kimiko Ross, with whome Vincent would more tha likely have been romantically involved if not for his existing relationship with Veld. Kimiko was, and will always be, the greatest kindred spirit Vincent ever met. One of his greatest wishes after finding out just how alike they were was that someday at the end of things, they could meet each other again out in the void left behind by the wreckage of their respective worlds.

During the continuing course of events Vincent wound up switching bodies with Reno, getting someone killed, becoming "handler" to an eerily sane Sephiroth, and eventually getting killed himself on a quest to reach the Mother. It wasn't permanent, of course, but did set into motion (for Vincent) the chain of events that led to the final showdown against The End at the close of the Elegante's life.

Overall, Vincent spent about eight months on the Elegante, although if asked he'd say it felt like significantly longer. Then again, his perception of time hasn't exactly been very good since Hojo killed him the first time. During those eight months Vincent was involved in ship events significantly more than initially intended, and helped form a group of neo-Turks on the ship over time. Although he got into fights and killed some people (or helped, anyway), Vincent did make a surprising number of friends. but for the most part his intentions aboard the Elegante were to protect his own—the fact that "his own" expanded over time to include more people than he'd assumed possible in a very long time was a moot point. Really. He helped in the final foray to meet with the Mother, in spite of being killed the last time it was attempted, and was one of several to give the "abandon ship" order at the end of things. While he was never as integral as Lily or as well-liked as Reno, Vincent made a home on the Elegante that far outshone the empty life he left behind on Gaia.

He couldn't say how long he was on the shore, but doesn't think it was more than a couple months.

Character Changes: The biggest change to Vincent since his arrival on the Elegante is his attempt to finally start letting go of his punishment. This isn't to say he doesn't still think a lot of what happened to him wasn't deserved, but it does mean that he's slightly less of an angstbucket than he was when he arrived. Vincent also learned (the hard way) that sometimes bad things happen for no reason, and that he can't take responsibility for the actions of the people he loves. While he still loves Lucrecia, and always will, he's not in love with her anymore, and actually feels a lot of unresolved anger and betrayal toward her. Basically, while Vincent is still physically frozen in time, he's finally moving on. It's going to take a long time, but he's trying for the first time in his life.

Appearance: Vincent still looks more or less the same as he did on his initial arrival on the Elegante, although he's finally stopped wearing the same clothes all the time when it's avoidable. He spends a lot of time with his cloak and headband off these days, not so much because he's comfortable in his body just yet, but because he's trying to get better. (Fake it 'til you make it, right?)

Abilities: Just like in his previous app, Vincent's abilities are still a bit ridiculous and are being appropriately nerfed to allow him to not totally ruin the game for everyone ever because seriously, dude, tone it down.

As a human, Vincent was a member of ShinRa's black ops department, colloquially known as the Turks. This left him responsible for doing any "dirt work" the company could come up with, and keeping it as quiet as possible. Vincent is extremely skilled in informational recon, espionage, and multiple forms of combat. He can do hand-to-hand combat well enough, especially with his non-human abilities, and is quite skilled with Materia usage, but he prefers to use guns to get the job done.

After his ex-girlfriend and her husband made him stop being human, Vincent was "upgraded" to something like a SOLDIER prototype. Vincent is, unfortunately, immortal—but not by any means invulnerable. His cells don't naturally degrade and he normally doesn't have to eat or sleep, and he has an extreme tolerance for pain. Vincent also has superhuman strength and speed, heightened senses, and he can fly. In the matter of nerfing those abilities, I'm going to kick him down a notch further on this end than he was back on the Elegante and say that, while Vincent's accelerated healing is still as powerful as it was on the boat—a broken bone takes days to heal instead of hours or minutes like it would back home—he now also has to eat and sleep like a normal person. (He's going to love that, and by love I mean hate.)

Vincent's major special abilities are his in-game Limit Breaks, the ability to turn into a series of four different monsters, one of which is a demigod designed to help bring about the end of the world. He can occasionally do this at will, but for the most part it's unintentionally triggered by high levels of adrenaline, endorphins, or other chemicals triggered by severe emotional distress. Mostly adrenaline. For the purposes of the game, Vincent can't transform at will at all, and he's only capable of transforming into two of his monsters, specifically Galian Beast and Chaos. Galian is significantly easier to trigger, but Vincent maintains none of his mental faculties at the time of transformation and remembers absolutely nothing afterward; Chaos will be much harder to pull up, but Vincent is capable of staying somewhat aware of himself at this time, and retains his memories of the event. Because Vincent is more emotionally stable these days, transformations will be fewer and further between than usual for him in any situation. He will still growl, though, sorry.

Items: Vincent has the clothes on his back (sans weapon, holster, gauntlet and sabatons), his old Elegante communicator, and the red flytrap Lucrecia genetically engineered for his birthday back on the Elegante. He's not sure how it made it off the ship but he's not asking questions.

Preferred Quarters: No particular preference!
